my surname contains a "w"

i rocked up to collect a laptop from their "techguys" who had repaired it.

didn't have the paperwork so gave my name....

he checked.... nothing

can you please spell it for me?

so i did....

nope, nothing here of that name?

i spell it out again phonetically....

so he scrolls through the entire list of people who have put in a repair item....

"Aha! i see what's happened here, whoever booked you in put a w down as a double u"
