Ah - here's a thing though. I emailed them last week to say "where's my ?20 you c**ts"

And I got this back in an email:

dispatched to you automatically, normally within 30 days from the date
that the required criteria were met.

This offer requires you to fulfil certain criteria to be eligible for

* Registering for a free trial period,
* Filling in all the required personal information
* Using the required promotional code (this can sometimes be added
automatically)
* Adding at least 10 items to your selection list at the time of
registration.
* Having at least one dispatch.

If all of these required conditions are met you will shortly receive the
free ?20 Amazon e-voucher.

If, at the time of registration and for a significant period of time
after that, you have had less than 10 items on your selection list, then
this may be the reason you have not yet received the free ?20 Amazon
e-voucher."

So make sure your list has got 10 things on it.
