Xbox 360 4GB

Please excuse my naivety and lack of knowledge.........

Bought a Xbox yesterday, got the 4gb rather than 250gb as I thought I'm not going to be playing loads of games and saving things to it. Bought Forza 4 with it and I've installed both discs, problem is now though that I'm showing as having used pretty much all of the the 4gb.

What happens if I want to buy another game (lets say MW3) but keep my Forza stuff on there? Do I have to buy it from Live? Can I extend the gb?
