Nor I and a lot of things on their have 'small problems', which don't turn out....

to be small. I bid on a Roland Piano on ebay, which said it had a 'small problem'. Didn't bid anywhere near enough, but when I enquired as to what the problem is, 'none of the black keys work' was the response. When trying to play the piano, that's a rather large problem!!!
