Sven is probably right about the fact that their clubs don't play it. 3-5-2 is a very very different beast from 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 and you need to play it all the time to make it work (defence especially is all about teamwork & understanding). Recipe for disaster otherwise, no-one will be sure what they are doing.
