pockets of the state. Same as the benefit system. Both have been living beyond their means for 50 years but no politician has had the guts to admit it as it would render them un-electable.
All that will happen at Hinchingbrooke is that s**t loads of services will be axed to save flagship services. These will, admittedly be run efficiently because the same amount of money will be spent on far less.
It's what all private sector firms do, that's how they make a profit.
