Definitely think the football content has gone down...

... due to relegation, poor start to the season etc. It removes the motivation for talking about it, fundamentally cos it's been a bit depressing and no-one likes to make themselves miserable (SCC excluded).

But on the other hand, if a genuinely interesting / innovative topic comes up (i.e. not 'the team for staurday') then people seem to take part with as much enthusiasm as ever.

But continually (and it's quite a regular thing) slagging of other posters cos they don't meet your standards is... oh I've had enough.
