speculation at its best.........

based on political view, rather than tried/tested i the field. I base my agument on my missus being a project manager for the NHS for a number of years before taking a new role at a private hospital and what astonishing info shes told me what REALLY happens. Anyway, cant really do any worse than the mis-management we have had uptill now many NHS hospitals.........
