For me it's always about the man in charge

He's got the players punching above their weight, and has them playing right to their very best (sometimes beyond)

It's much better to think about it that way, than who's at fault all the time, or whether which is better between Morison and Holt

Like always, I just hope Lambert stays, cos in my opinion, it'd all fall apart if he wasn't
