For this to happen either de laet or naughton would be sent back or bought.

Rumours going around that Spurs are looking to sell Naughton, so this could happen if he's bought. Wouldn't mind Frimpong and Johnson in central midfield. But more defensive cover that would allow the wingers to focus on attacking and possibly get away with 2 up front. Personally I prefer one upfront with 2 wingers and an attacking midfielder in behind though.
