Ordinarilly I think Holt would fight his way into a starting position here

but in the midfield, Johnson's massive and does his job. Wes does his.

Pilkington is a big guy, and has a lot of talent. I think this is where Holt would normally get in the team. He'd make a case as a forward, but would work his arse off in midfield too. But Pilkington does those things too, and has that delivery

Tis a great headache for Lambert to have, and I'm sure it will still be talked about at the end of the season
