I'm sure they are motivated and train hard, just not as hard as some others.

As I said, Lemaitre looks like being a white European that can push on and challenge for an Olympic medal in both 100m and 200m.

As far as I am aware he doesn't have any West-Afircan heritage! Unsure of his social background etc though.
