My biggest annoyance

The sheer amount of time that we give teams to pass annoys the f**k outta me. We back off and back off, let them pass all they want. Need to get more pressure on the midfield and further up the pitch. Our defence isn't good enough to be put under pressure as much as they are, and thats why we dont have any clean sheets yet. Rest of the team has to help more.
