Would have more impact in the west. For Norfolk it would be almost no different to

the situation in the Netherlands. I'm only about 200 miles as the crow flies from Norfolk.

And as you might know, the Netherlands is one of the biggest farming nations in Europe, and it doesn't seem to bother us. And it is great in the summer when it is still light at almost 11pm!
