My emergency ones (when I'm about to go into spasm) are
(a) on all fours and act as if you're about to yield to your 300lb cellmate in an American prison - raise bum, arch back downwards, rock slightly back
(b) on all fours, arch back upwards like an angry cat, then roll backwards as far as you can, then move shoulders forward, low down and parallel to floor, till you can't get any further forward without faceplanting, then smoothly up and do it all again
(c) lie on back, engage pelvic floor ("belly button to spine"), peel backbone off floor one vertebra at a time, then back down one vertebra at a time
