Not that straight forward. A contractor that attends the same place of work,

and has no real discretion over his hours can be deemed a 'worker', and as such claim similar rights as an employee, ie f**k your boss over.

I know this as some c**t did it to me. Cost me thousands and days and days of wasted time.
