can't see the problem. If she wants a deal, just do a compromise agreement.

That's what I did. I'd moved up north and my company really wanted me to leave. I wanted to leave too but didn't have a job up here. We did a compromise agreement. I got 3 months tax free money, they got an undertaking from me not to do them for constructive dismissal - like you say, win/win
