I think Kindles are cool

I have an ipad, colleageu has a Kindle. Hers is *much* nicer for reading on, IMO. (Obviosuly doesn't do all the other stuff tho.)

I realise this isn't quite the pens reply you might have been hoping for though. No idea what else is out there. But Kindles are nice.
