For sure things have changed at the top - McNally has very much changed the whole attitude. And of course brought in Lambert. I don't think, however, that budget allocations have changed that much. I agree that Lambert hasn't spent that much in the summer; but not because the budget isn't there. He favours younger (and usually cheaper) players.
