Isn't the Jarrold designed to have a second tier added relatively easily (and cheaply)?

Doubt it would cost ?20m although I've really no idea!

Agreed that I don't think we'd fill 35,000 every week although I'm not sure attendances will tail off as the Prem experience progresses. They didn't really fall off in the Championship & League One so doubt they will in the Prem, especially if we have a team that plays great football like we do at the moment.
