Cant disagree at all.

Our last stint in the PL was more attributed to luck than pure judgement.

We had virtually no injuries in our promotion season and managed to pick up quality loan players at the right time which gave us the edge in the division.

This time there is virtually no luck involved.

If anything we have been unlucky with decisions and injuries yet the ability level of management and players is rising above that.

Luck can take you so far.

It took a big fall at the club to realize we didnt really know what we were doing.

In a strange way it was a great thing because it made the club look at it self and get rid of the problems.

It made us bring in the new/experienced/nasty blood we needed to turn things around.

From an outsider perspective its obvious Ipswich are making the same mistakes over and over again.
They have enough money to get them mid table mediocrity.

Until they bring in visionaries they will keep hiring failures like Roy and Paul Jewell.
(fair play to jewell, he does at least recognize what is needed to succeed, be like us!)
