Fairly obvious to me

lack of good education. People resort to cheating and being dishonest when they don't have the skills or hard-work ethic to get there instead as many people here have been able to get away with cheating in school and university. Some of the things I've seen in Schools and Uni's here in just a few hours of assisting in classrooms is unbelievable., The level of cheating is shocking and the teachers don't crack down on it. This breeds a society of people who think it's OK.
