Roeder had more money available than most opf our managers. Certainly I would say more than Lambert initially and Worthington had during spells when he brought us success. i didn;t really rate Worthy that highly as i thought he was tactically inept away from home but he was at least decent bloke who the players wanted to play for.
Roeder had money but p**sed it away with loan signings. Whether that was 100% his decision or Doncaster influenced it i don't know but between the two of them they left us is disarray with hardly any contracted players and no team spirit.
Roeder can coach but he is a t**t and that is why he always fails after a reasonable start. Players will not play for him once they get to know what he's like.
