Mancini. His actions will ripple to other players. He has made his point to Tevez, by using Balotelli as the example/wedge between him and Tevez. Fair enough Balotelli scored. But making an example of somebody, by using an immature bad egg, is asking for trouble

And days after doing so, Mancini got it, not just from Tevez, but from Dzeko

I can see it spreading round the squad, because anything good that comes from those actions, is just coincedental
