The whole Man City thing makes so little sense

A squllion quid has got them to a position where they can reckon to be probably top 3 of the prem and ... errr .. a large collection of highly talented individuals in a revolving door squad, largely motivated by money and with very little attachment to each other, the city they live in, the club they play for

Quite makes me admire what Chelski have achieved with Abramovich's billions, they have achieved far more and seem much tighter as a club. I guess he got lucky by hiring Mourinho at his peak
