very!

-Other than for one decent spell, I thought he was comfortably one of the most limited midfielders I'd ever seen play for us. Having seen him being embarrassed by journeymen Div 1 and Championship players on several occasions I shuuder to think how he's gonna cope on the international stage

Having said that, goes to show what hard work and being in the right place at the right time can get you. Fair play to him for that.

I guess Capello knows he'll turn up for training on time and won't give him any lip.

-He's s**te.

A Trier who had a limited degree of effectiveness due to being fairly athletic and able to get in the way sometimes.

-Fuck me this is depressing.
BJ is a grand lad, a fine athlete and has a great attitude, but a footballer he ain't.
He has no idea of how to play football. He has no positional sense, has no idea of what is happening around him, almost no ball skills, cannot pass a ball accurately over 10 yards, has no pace .... But he can boot a ball really really hard. This is schoolteam stuff, where the Geography teacher picks the team on the basis of who can kick the ball furthest.
This is so depressing. He wouldn't get anywhere near a Spanish Primera Liga reserve team and would struggle to get into my local village team. Speaks volumes for Capello and the English game.
