Whenever Wolverine is mentioned it reminds me of Kevin Baldwin's first book

As it was the name of a Wolves fan that he had some sort of thing with (or not).

No idea what Wolverine really is, presumably a film (?) and I couldn't pick Hugh Jackman out of an identity parade either.
