I think you've missed Rofl's point.

What he's telling us is that while this selection of Norwich fans, and I think Rofl and myself came to the agreement that, yes, they are c**ts, while they are man enough to dish it out to an 18 year-old boy, they're not quite man enough to take a bit back in return.
