I do R4 Today in the mornings now, and then R4 PM at 5 - and if I knock off early there's

often something on good between 1600 and 1700 - Material World, Book Club, Thinking Allowed.

Flive Live drive in an emergency if Eddie's not doing PM.

Five Live after 7pm though, unless Thugby is being spoken about, which it often is at the moment.
