Winter Is Quality

Talking of reporters, has anyone read "All Played Out", Chris Davies' account of Italia 90?

A while back now but many of the paps that he writes about in there are still going strong today and some of their behaviour and attitude to the game, club and players etc is highlighted-showing them up as folk who just want to make a buck from the game, period. They certainly have no love of football in anyway.

Winter and a few others are notable exceptions. I like Matthew Syed in The Times as well.
