is nial quinn still sunderland chairman, or whatever he did there?

saw him sink about 3 pints of guiness in about 5 minutes at the chelt races once, then go off for a bet, come back and sink another 3.... did that about 8 times in a row! played footy the following night for man city! he was taken off at half time!!
