and attacting the sort of players that firstly kind of guarantee survival, then look for the odd cup-run glory (whilst not jeopodizing our premier status) and slowly build on that, and aim for europe, either through cup or finishing dizzy heights of sixth. Of course, the club would need to also invest into a stable business model that would allow for a larger capacity etc to help support the growth.....
