And another book by an NME music journalist which was really good but I can't remember the author or the title. It was about him growing up and trying to form bands and then dealing with cancer and stuff. Every chapter was the title of a different 80s pop/punk/rock band. Highly recommended - I'll try and think of it and get back to you.
