Floyd signed and sent int he contract to fight him, Manny did not. Refused the Olympic style drug testing . . Only agreed to a week prior, and the day after the fight which would make it easy for anyone to hide anything illegal, you'd simply cycle around them dates. If you have nothing to hide take the test. Why would Floyd duck him when he'll win that fight? *confused face*
