Big debate at work today,
Hypothetical question :- We are bottom of the league in December and 9 points adrift of 17th place, do the board have a knee jerk reaction and sack Lambert and replace him with Mark Hughes etc or let him spend millions in transfer window to try and get us out of the relegation zone?
Am i blinded by the past 2 seasons success as i was the only one who said to stick with Lambert? Lambert and relegation or new manager and survival?
I believe that Lambert would get us out of trouble but a lot of people i work with believe we need a manager with Premier League experience.
