I'm sure it's a bit of a mare in the UK and possibly expensive

but well worth looking into.
It's not hugely easy here either and would be an administrative nightmare.
Anyway, when I get time I plan to do a brewmaster course and see if I can find somewhere to do an ale or two. If that goes well then the sky's the limit.
