My dream is to start up a micro-brew pub somewhere.
Went to an amazing one in Phoenix, which would be ideal - big brewing area behind glass with people fiddling around with worts and hops and the like and about 20 different lagers and ales, including an "English Pale Ale" that was identical to Green King's.
