If you're after constructive criticism, I *would* have said "nothing especially original there" but you pulled it round in the lower paragraphs.

Maybe I only think that 'cos i agree with you about the need for creativity and who might provide it: I posted on here the other week that I thought I'd like to see Fox in for Johnson, though I was far from sure. Since then BJ has appeared to grow stronger, and Croftsy has maybe paled a little in comparison (thanks to Holtamania for his weekly stat thingy), though again I'd counter that he seems to be available more often than BJ.

But yes, Wessi has to be included somewhere. And FWIW, while many on here bemoaned the lack of pace of Holty and SCM, I'd point out that Holty got away from Chelsea's CBs more than once the other week so it's not all about sprinting.

What would I do in Lambo's shoes? I'd f**k it up enormously. But I'm thinking of a 4321 with Wes and SCM behind Holty: good quick feet to create the space to play a ball wide, or through to make the most of Holty's football brain. The problem is I cannot come up with a midfield three. This is why I work in a factory.
