Flippin' brilliant - done loads of walking - Cambridge, Back Bay, Downtown, Beacon Hill -

did the Pilgrim Trail thing - loved that off. Got a hire car and drove down to Cape Cod - three days there exploring. Drove back up to Boston for the last couple of days.

Driving in downtown Boston is not for the weak-hearted.

Boston has some brilliant pubs, with huge food and live music - couple of very late, drunken nights.

Bostonians say "Wicked nice" a lot.

The breakfasts are amongst some of the best I've ever eaten.

Got to be the cleanest, most polite place I've ever been. The history stuff was fab - we done Plymouth on the way back from the Cape.

Also we saw this outside M.I.T.

DoY thinks I drew it, but I din't - mrs mbk was aghast that I needed to stop and take a picture of it.

I'm really pleased to be back at work battling customers' ridiculous deadlines.
