Its on the Huh??????

I took a well spoken lady out training on Monday.... lived in Norfolk for years but born and lived for a few years in Yorkshire. She was generally very well spoken and educated...had a degree in Chemistry,.... Then suddenly in conversation she came out with the Classic Norfolk peach of..... Its on the Huh (or however u spell huh?? ie on the wonk etc.) when she was describing a shelf she put up and her DIY skills, I took the piss out her for the rest of the day after that.... especially since I have a broad troshing accent.

Anyway... where did this saying come from.... and more importantly... HOW DO YOU SPELL 'HUH'
