Very basic end, you could do it in word

alt + print screen (usually located top right of the keyboard)

Then paste

You can adjust the pasted picture, see if it's still clear

For text, go ctrl + home, then press enter a couple of times. Same for the bottom, just control + end

You could paste the pic in excel as well, if that was easier

That is the very basic, it might be what you want though
