...the sooner it's scrapped, the better, it was always a stupid idea. Just causes a scrum of panic buying and stupidity (yes, I know we've proven it) if that was gone the immediacy would be and you'd be able to slowly improve the squad throughout the season etc.

So many rules and regs - and most are bollocks!
