should be like in Rugby where the players leave the ref well alone

All it would take was a word from Fifa to implement it. However as we all know Sepp Blatter is only interested in trhe entertainment, not the football itself. Poor refereeing decisions add to the drama in his eyes. And we are stuck with this idiot for another four years at least.
