Our new age blame society reasons it's always someone
else's fault when things don't go our way. The best way to self improvement and success in my opinion is to look in the mirror. Constantly making excuses does not help the team move foward. Lambert has been fantastic but don't think he has got it right this year so far. Think he will but would be helpful if it came soon.
