I saw the elbow straight away, I jumped out the chair shouting

'YOU FUCKING DIRTY CUNTS, PEN REF!!!! FUCKING PEN!!!!!!!!' Girlfriend asked me 'what?' I said 'Elbow' then when I saw the blood and my suspicions had been confirmed so I started to punch a door in which has a small crack as a result. Scared the cat, avoiding me. Girlfriend just laughing at me sulking. haha. I should seek help.
