could someone explain the additional time rules please

Stoke game 4 minutes
WBA game in second half 6 subs, trainer on 4/5 times.
Vaughn uincident re blood,
time wastign by keeper at elast 6 times

so how come that was only 4 minutes?

difference, we we leading the the stoke game and losing the wBA game
