Its not the fact he gave the pen that annoyed me

more so that a) It was a clear and intentional elbow on Vaughan which should have been a pen and a red card and b) if that really was a pen to west brom then there were 5 occasions when Norwich players went down in the box which were equally as dubious and equally as questionable as the one that was given.

Just a bit of consistancy would be nice.
