no, La Liga has always had problems with Real and Barca dominating

at different periods. Madrid dominated due to Franco's dictatorship for long periods. Barca dominated due to large amount of investments coming off at different peroids then them re-investing it in the team. Nowadays they just borrow heavily from banks.

I am a big fan of England's top division competitiveness before the inception of the Premier League, which is why I did it from the 92/93 season. It's only relevant to this argument to do it from that time period. That's the heart-breaking thing for those who understood or remember how it was before the Premier League came into play.
