NCFC Home ticket availabilty - Help please?

Somewhere on the website there's a link to a PDF style document that shows the grading of games as well as the dates they're available to Super Members, Season Ticket Holders etc...

I can't find it on there at all...Can anyone help out please? If not then could you tell me when the Swansea home tickets become available to both Super Members and Season Ticket Holders?
