What was worse is that referee didn't handle that game well at all

He built it up to a point where that tackle was going to happen, then failed to act on it

From any view that challenge was a disgrace, and the player is lucky Arteta will play again, as it might spare him when (if) a punishment is handed out

I've seen that page tackle a couple of times, and its a shame he wasn't done either
